Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly gooey in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Top with fresh berries or nut butter if desired.
