Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add cold butter cubes to the dry mixture and blend until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cranberries and orange zest. Gradually pour in heavy cream until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently pat into a circle about one inch thick. Cut into wedges or desired shapes.
