- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cocktail sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce (to taste)

- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain and plunge shrimp into an ice bath to stop cooking.
- In a bowl, mix cocktail sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.
- Layer each shot glass with a spoonful of cocktail sauce.
- Add two or three shrimp on top of the sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, garnish each shot with fresh parsley or a lemon wedge.
