Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain and plunge shrimp into an ice bath to stop cooking.
  4. In a bowl, mix cocktail sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.
  5. Layer each shot glass with a spoonful of cocktail sauce.
  6. Add two or three shrimp on top of the sauce.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  8. Just before serving, garnish each shot with fresh parsley or a lemon wedge.
