This fluffy smoked salmon frittata is a delightful dish perfect for brunch or a light dinner, blending rich flavors and vibrant colors for an impressive meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 oz high-quality smoked salmon, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use an oven-safe skillet for even baking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack the six eggs and whisk until fully blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the green onions and dill.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, green onions, dill, and softened cream cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Heat your skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil or butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about five minutes until edges begin to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with extra dill or green onions if desired.
