- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use an oven-safe skillet for even baking.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the six eggs and whisk until fully blended. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the green onions and dill.
- Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon, green onions, dill, and softened cream cheese into the egg mixture.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil or butter. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about five minutes until edges begin to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden brown. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with extra dill or green onions if desired.
