  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and flake it into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables, olives, and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl with tuna. Mix gently to combine.
